There’s something about Pancake House that gravitates a lot of people with home-bound personalities like me and my family. My officemates who exude laidback personae and belong to closely-knit families also prefer Pancake House for lunch outs. If “family place” is the appeal that the owners would like generate out of Pancake House, I’d say it’s working.
In terms of taste, I’ve ordered its spaghetti like a broken record while my mother patronizes its burger steak. My husband loves its corned beef breakfast meal that comes with fresh fried eggs while my sister likes its salad. Price-wise, the food is rather expensive but you’ll want to forgive the high price tag for that homey ambiance you’re almost always about to experience when you are in Pancake House.

“Sarap Noon. Ngayon” is the theme carrier of the returning Dayrit’s food establishment. Before Borthers Burgers came to be, there was a Dayrit’s. The outlet is highly associated for its burgers. Back in college, I would always pass by a Dayrit’s outlet somewhere in Buendia. And then the outlet disappeared for a while. About a decade later, Dayrit’s have three branches in Metro Manila and my family was able to sample their dishes at the Fort branch. We ordered a cheeseburger and Hawaiian rice on roastbeef. I’d stay the dishes still have their magic. We are glad that Dayrit’s is back.

During my high school years, my father would always prepare me a sandwich for my snack at school. I really loved the way he prepared a layered of bread sandwich with egg, tomatoes and other vegetables. That made me really love sandwiches that’s why when I was in college and Subway franchise came to the country, I would always visit my aunt who nearly worked in one of the Subway outlets.
Every time she would ask me what would I like to eat, Subway sandwich would always be my choice. How I wish I could try another Subway sandwich this weekend.

Marina has been changing its image and menu for over a month now. Yet, our family only learns about this today when we decided to have lunch again in this restaurant.
We were impressed by the new ambience. It gives you a resort feel making it hard to believe you’re just within the confines of Ortigas Center.
Most of all, its food never fails to earn our satisfaction. Our favorites in this outlet are kansi (Ilonggo version of bulalo), inasal (chicken barbeque), tinolang manok, fried tilapia, fried bihod, nilang baka (Tagalog style) and its fresh mango and melon juice. However, we wish it brings back its chicken isol barbeque because apparently, its striken off its menu.

Reyes Barbeque is going places. It seems that it is already everywhere at least within the metro. Perhaps it is being franchised? I heard the owner of this establishment is related to the owner of the legendary Aristocrat Restaurant and this is why its barbeque chicken tastes practically the same.
Taste-wise, my husband says its chicken barbeque has the Davaoeno style which seems fine per my tastebuds. It would help if the outlet also serves garlic rice because we do not eat pork and this is what is added to its java rice. That’s why we’d end up ordering plain rice to go with the barbeque for now.
With this foodtrip we just had, it is tantamount to needing Fenphedra

I was thinking of one of the restaurant ins Negros where I could bring my wife if we had a chance to visit our hometown this December I am sure there is a lot of it in Bacolod I could not even finished it if I will only have two weeks to stay.
But I remember my Lolo Rudy the brother of my grandfather who living with his family in Canada right now. Every time he will visit Philippines and have a chance to visit Negros he will always ask to have our lunch in El’Ideal in Silay City.
El Ideal Bakery and Restaurant on Rizal Street, Silay City is one of the oldest restaurant in Silay or in Negros Occidental famous according to other for guapple pies buko pies and assorted delicacies but for me I really love the they cook their pancit and siopao. I am not sure if they are still serving foods besides breads because the last time I visited and able to east in El Ideal was way back in 2001 almost 8 years ago.
I will never forget my lolo Rudy will order lomi and pancit way back then but I never had a chance to be with thedm when he visited Negros last year. But for me if I will have a chance to vist Negros Again because I have a chance to pass El ideal Bakery and Restaurant in Silay on my way to Sagay City. But I am not sure because Negros airport was transferred to Silay already I am not sure if I could be able to pass El Ideal again

My wife and I always quarrel every time her appetite opens again for pasta and pizza. This is because she wants them in almost any restaurant but in my case, I love pasta and pizza of Sbarro especially its spaghetti. If you are going to ask me what pizza I like most, then it’s either that of Yellow Cab or Sbarro.
Yesterday, my wife asked me if we could have an early dinner at Sbarro and I have laid down a proposition only if she could order me full serving of meatball spaghetti and full pizza. Half order seems not enough for me anymore.
