Almost everyday while waiting for my son to come out from school, we the parents always talk about any topic that could entertain us while we are waiting for them in the parents or guardian area of the school. One of the topics that we always talk about is food since the parents of my son’s classmates are composed of different races. They include Chinese, Korean, British, American, Japanese and of course Filipinos.

We can’t deny the fact that there is an increase of Korean population now in the country and with the advent of that, there is an increase of Korean stores selling Korean product, resorts, schools as well as restaurants and even the existence of Korean villages.

Since yesterday, our topic is about Korean foods like kimchi, noodles and soup. One of the parents is asking about certain Korean food featured in one of Korean novelas that was shown in a local TV network. She is asking our fellow parent what is that name of that Korean food that was featured and since she was married to a Korean husband. In the long run, it came to a point that that Korean husband was amazed about the eagerness of one parent about Korean food that made him to invite the couple to a Korean restaurant in order for them to taste the real Korean foods.
