Ever since Sandy’s Pizza was featured on television in one of Boy Abunda’s show, I’ve always wished to try this local pizza brand. The way the flavors were described made me want to run to the nearest outlet it has.

Passing through Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City one weekend, my family accidentally discovered that a Sandy’s Pizza branch is now in the area. It’s such a great news for us because the area is more accessible for us rather than in San Juan area where Sandy’s main branch is located.

We ordered the best sellers such as white pizza and tuyo in olive oil pizza and now we understand why many people find its pizzas delicious. Prices are not as expensive as diamonds.

Sandy’s is owned by Ms. Sandy Concepcion, sister of actor Gabby Concepcion. The receipt in our tab says “Cassandra’s Pizza…” and I suddenly remember why that the C in Gabby’s daughter’s name KC stands for Cassandra as well.
