Last week, we visited one of the oldest restaurants of the country just to try again one of my favorite soups which is the bird nest soup. It is called Panciteria de San Jacinto, specifically in Pasig branch along the C-5 road. The restaurant operated since 1894 but this is not already the first ever one. Still, it is claiming that the taste of the old time pancit is still the same.

The place is really cozy although the meals are pricey for their serving size. We ended up ordering different noodle types from pancit canton to bijon because one serving isn’t enough. People who come back are probably driven by the taste and nice ambiance of the place.
