It’s been a while since we have been to Greenhills Shopping Center. Since my wife’s office transferred far from this area, we seldom visit Greenhills anymore. That’s why we planned to spend our lunch in some restaurant in this place.
Greenhills is still a busy place especially with newly renovated and new buildings surrounding the area and with all new restaurants. Traffic is still the big problem of the place.
But hopefully the management will apply new or computerized scheme so that it will be easy for the new visitor to locate easily the place he or she wants to go. Maybe they could hire someone with Information Security Masters so that they could incorporate new equipment such as camera for the safety of the mall goers. We could not deny the fact that if there is too much crowd, lawlessness is likely to be present as well. At least with all of these measures we could shop, eat and dine in Greenhills confidently.

We love to watch travel, living and food shows like Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, Man versus Food and Bobby Chinn Cook Asia. That’s why when we were able to watch Bobby Chinn featuring Indian food, I wondered how spicy the foods are. I told myself I may be needing hemorrhoids cream for most of these foods.
I have not tried any Indian food but I am curious to have a try at their chicken tandori, I know there are some Indian restaurants in Serendra, Fort Bonifacio and in Rockwell so I have a little room for excuse not to try them.

How true is it that bone marrow, organic egg and whey milk can treat high cholesterol problem? to his patient with cholesterol problem? I heard a doctor say this in a radio program and this is a bit controversial because what we know is that bone marrow and egg are forbidden by some doctors because of their high cholesterol content.
On the other hand, it’s common knowledge that whey milk helps build muscles fast. He even cited that those doctors that came out studies about the cholesterol content of eggs and marrow died young while he remains one living proof about the effects of these foods. At more than 80 years old now, he can still manage to climb building floors without using elevators.
Now can we beat this?

There is no use for reading some adipex reviews online since every weekend, my wife and I area always finding new places and restaurants to dine. We are in constant search for new food and new menu in restaurants that we haven’t tried before. But the one restaurant that keeps on taunting me is the Bodhi restaurant that was once located along Madison Place in Ortigas avenue. Bodhi restaurant is already closed there and I wonder where I could find it in the Metro right now. I could not find it in any food court or some big malls.
I cannot forget the flavor of Bodhi’s hotpot menu that I regularly ordered every time I would the place. Hopefully they could open a new branch if there is already one but I have no knowledge about it for now. Can someone please post a comment. Thanks!

How can I get rid of belly fat of mine if you happen to try the foods of Franjetto Hills inBarangay Sampaloc in Tanay, Rizal? Last weekend we decided to bring our Belgian friend to Sierra Madre Resort in Tanay when we happened to pass by Franjetto Hills Hotel and Conference Center on our way to Sierra Madre. We took the other roads from Antipolo instead of the usual road in Cogeo since we heard that the bridge were damaged by Typhoon Ondoy last year. After a visit in Sierra Madre resort we decided to look at Franjetto and maybe to have coffee there since my brother in-law always have coffee there. He is a regular visitor of the place.
Since it was already getting dark, we decided to have our dinner there. We were all shocked after having a try of their tapsilog, chicken adobo and their bulalo. They are all winners in terms of price and taste. A P200 bulalo for me is the best compared to those “bulalos” I have tried in Tagaytay. I never thought a small area beside its restaurant can produce the best food for road trippers in Rizal. I thought all the while that it’s just “Mang Vic’s Bulalo” who is also famous in this area in terms of “bulalo.” Now I know where to have a lunch or dinner when I visit Tanay Rizal again.

As the election campaigns are at their full blast and printing of election posters and paraphernalia are now o-going, Anilox roll cleaner is now in use to cope with the mess. We are hoping that politicians will police themselves in using their posters to avoid cluttering the surrounding and ensure that our country still have its positive impressions as tourism destination.
Today as we were on our way to Sierra Madre with our Belgian friend, we wanted him to see some of the beautiful places in Rizal, but along with these are politicians’ banners and posters all over the place. You could find them in electric posts, road side rails and some are nailed on the trees and some on road signs. The last time we visited Belgium was during their national parliament election also. You could not see any poster anywhere except in those designated posters area.

A month after we’ve been through a kansi (beef broth) feast during our last vacation in Negros, my wife discovered that there’s a resrtaurant in Allgero Center along Pasong Tamo extension who also offered kansi. Pat-Pat’s is a well known restaurant for its kansi in Ilo-Ilo City. It also has branches in Roxas until we realized that it also has two branches here in Metro Manila: one in Vizayan Avenue and another here in Makati.
After having our regular grocery time one weekend and as the cashier was printing our bill on tm-t88iv I asked my wife where we’d have our lunch and there she told me about the Kansi house she recently discovered.
For someone who’s exposed to the cosmopolitan lifestyle but is missing the provincial life in Ilo-ilo, Pat-Pat’s Kansi house will help bring you back that feeling because of this Kani’s distinct taste that’s unique to people in Ilo-ilo.
