When asked who is the person behind the recruitments of CEOs and Directors of big companies such us Rohm and Haas, Air Products, Tyco International, Goldman Sachs, MCI, Unisys, American Standard, American Express, Glaxo Smith Kline, CBS,  CIGNA, V.F. Corporation, Allied Signal, Merrill Lynch, Amgen AmeriSource Bergen, and UNOCA, one name will pop up. His name is Dennis Carey, a Ph.D in Finance from University of Maryland who also holds post doctorate from Harvard University.

Now, Carrey is also into writing a blog.  In his blog he also posted articles about big company merging and the impact of it to its employees.
