I love to eat noodles. My wife Denice sometimes gets mad at me because I tend to run after instant noodles and she’s been telling me that too much or too frequent consumption of instant noodles would be bad for me already, so she tries to cut it from our grocery budget whenever she can. She also tells me to avoid eating instant noodles when my son is around, or he’ll eat too much of it as well.
But when it comes to authentic noodles, we all love it, especially me. My love for noodles is probably because it runs in my Japanese blood.
I love and eat whatever cooking styles noodles have gone through and whatever type — be it Japanese, Chinese, Thailand, Koreans noodles — among others. I tried almost all restaurants here that serve noodles and I love eating it with chopsticks. As you all know Filipinos use spoon and pork in our meals but I always have chopsticks at home. Why could be in the noodle that it is really good to eat when using chopsticks?!
