December Health Reminders

December is really the time for everything. Due to many partying expected in this month, it is also considered as the food month. That’s why health authorities also remind us not to over feed our self with too much during this period. With all the parties everywhere from weddings, reunions and office parties, I am sure high cholesterol foods are also present. What is worst is that those people that have already a cholesterol or high blood pressure problems tend to forget about the restriction of foods their doctors have enforced for them.

As we all know lots of heart attack cases happen after this month. If you forgot or intentionally forgot this health reminder, it is better to have term life insurance quotes to make sure your immediate family will not suffer for your negligence of self.

  • During my son last medical check up, we have noticed that our pediatrician has a new medical assistant. We heard that the last one already left to work in the United States.

I have found out that Medical Assistant employment in the United States is projected to grow and will continue to grow aside from the fact that it is the fastest growing occupation over the next decade.

Many are now taking medical assistant course because the anticipated demand for employment among people with this background. The course is easy to take. There is medical assistant school who offers courses online like San Agustin School of Medical Assistants. The entire program, your classes, study and training in laboratory skills and basic clinical tasks can be taken online all over the world.

You can now become a medical assistant in just 6 to 8 weeks, performing administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, and other health practitioners running smoothly with a better or higher income.

I will not wonder if next month, our pediatrician will have another new medical assistant for the same reason as the previous one.

    Water Purifier

I will never forget the time when I was a kid and I could freely drink water straight from faucets. No worry about some waterborne diseases that I could get from drinking from it. But gone are those days and we now in live in the city where we cannot drink water unless we have some water purifiers. We can’t trust water running from it anymore as it may contain bacteria that can harm us.

That’s why I can’t stop myself from telling our neighbor who are brand new parents not to trust just any kind of water especially with their new born baby.

  • EcoQuest - Yahoo Messenger

I have been coughing for almost a month now, and I keep on wondering why this cough persists for too long when it’s not really a persistent cough. I usually experience a cough if I smell something irritating like fumes, vehicle smoke, cigarettes smokes, too much perfume, dust and especially when I’m in a close, room environment or airconditioned room. I thought I was allergic or something that my lung’s defense mechanism get weak I smell something.

I only wish that I we could have family vacation to the place where I could smell fresh and unpolluted air like in the province where my parents live. I just missed the smell of ‘green green grass of home’ like Tom Jones said in his song especially the green green sugarcane plantation all over the place.

But for the mean time, or back to the realty, I haven’t stopped researching how to minimize this air pollution all over and will have clean air while living in the city. Then I found EcoQuest and the help of this fresh air purifier it offers. If you want to know more about fresh air purifier, you can check this out.
