I was born and raised by the help of sugar. This is because my father worked as a Supervisor in the Cane Transport Department of a Sugar Milling Central in our province. Brazil sugar production has been affected because of production of ethanol which is an alternative for fuel. Ethanol is also a product of sugar cane. The country cane crop has been turned over to sugar ethanol production and almost 50% of it goes to this. But despite this problem, Brazil has substantial amount of sugar to be exported.
