As Malacanang declared May 3 as national non-working holiday, we will be having long weekend this coming week. I am sure people are now busy searching for a getaway place and planning for an out of town trip.

Beautiful places to stay includes Tagaytay area and Rizal. These places are cool and away from too much heat in Metro Manila.

A cheap or affordable cool beautiful place especially family friendly, with modern bedroom furniture, wifi, pool or along the beach area is perfect during summer for the family.

I think it will be very hard for me to lose weight even though I am visiting <www.weightlosspills.net almost everyday. I am also searching for a new restaurant and food to try, too. Take what I discovered lately for instance. I discovered that Hen Lin has chicken siopao last week. I love siopao but since I am not eating pork for religious reason, it is hard for us to find chicken siopao because seldom you can see a restaurant selling chicken siopao.

We tried 7-11 chicken siopao but for me, Hen Lin’s tastes better. No wonder it will be part of my snacks every time I will go doing the grocery because there’s a Hen Lin branch in our favorite supermarket.

I am a meaty type of person as I love to eat meats. I remember when I have not yet discovered the truth in the Bible about clean and unclean foods. I used to love pork then especially the grilled one. It is like multivitamins to me. I would feel weak if I could not consume meat. But after more than 10 years now of not eating pork, I have never looked back since especially when I discovered grilled beef. It is like having grilled pork anyway but more delicious.

That’s why almost every week I am grilling beef and I almost perfectly do it now. Now I am researching on what part of beef is perfect for grilling.

It has been my habit to read and learn more about a certain product or things before buying it. If I want to try or buy something, I always read reviews, and experiences of those who already bought or tried it. You can find it in some forums or customer reviews like that of extenze website.

I want to make sure that I will be happy with what I buy and not regret about it someday.

If we get a chance to go out of town again, we will mostly make Bataan our next destination. To be specific, it may have to be Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bo. Pag-asa, Bagac, Bataan. I just want to be reminded of how heritage houses look like as we all know and read in our history books. How cities and villages look like during Spanish era in the Philippines. Aside from those historical buildings, it is promised that you can also see some artifacts from its El Museo and some historic designed houses that can accommodate groups of people for seminars and guest rooms for family use. There are lots of traditional and recreational activities to entertain yourself.

I am so excited to visit this place soon. I can’t stop myself from finding ways on how to get there. So for now I am saving for it that it even got in the way of my budget on 7-dfbx.

I am not sure if there is such a thing as addiction to food but I am sure it is not gluttony because we are not over-indulging and over-consuming food and drink, or intoxicants to the point of waste. Instead we just love discovering new dishes featured in various restaurants every time. We love to discover why certain restaurants are loved by the people and why their foods keep people coming back.

Like what happened last weekend when we decided to have our lunch in the very old timer, well known restaurant called Ma Mon Luk. I remember the 80s when I was still a kid when I was in my grade school years. Every time I would have a vacation here in Metro my uncle used to visit us every week and he used to bring us pancit and siopao from his favorite restaurant Ma Mon Luk.

After more than 20 years I thought it is already close until it was featured again on TV. So my wife and I decided to visit it especially since my in-laws decided to join us in dining at Ma Mon Luk.

It’s great to experience the feeling of having your food in one of the oldest and well known restaurants in the Philippines. Not only was my stomach filled but my heart as well. If this is an addiction to food, then I will not bring myself to have rapid detox.

My wife Denice told me that we will have to explore Tomas Morato one of these days because there are lots of restaurants there that we have not been able to try yet. Since we have been planning to try new restaurants if we have time and we have challenged ourselves to eat at a new dining outlet each time, I’m sure that we will need all the jogging, exercise and diet pills that we can get afterwards to prevent bloating and getting bigger.
