Pearl Farm Resort

My sister in-law just came back from a three-day and two-night honeymoon stay in one of the beautiful island resorts in the country, the Pearl Farm Resort in one of the Islands of Samal in Davao. Although I know how beautiful this place really is but I was even more amazed when I saw their photos taken in the island.

It is a complete island get away. It is one that is away from a polluted and noisy city life and from cell tower so that you will be free from office calls and text messages that might disturb you. It has beautiful coastline cottages in a wind sand beach full of sea foods, fruits and fresh sea foods.

How I wish we could also visit this place.

  • Place to Hold a Garden Wedding

As we all know, it is hard to prepare a dream wedding especially to the bride. After almost six months of wedding preparation, it is finally over.  The wedding of my sister in-law happened smoothly although with some minor problem which is very common in weddings despite having the best planners in town. But as a whole, it was a very succesful one.

The garden wedding was held in a Koi pond of MMLDC in Antipolo, which for me was a good site. It was a garden wedding in all site in MMLDC. I am sure if you happen to find this post, you are searching for a place to hold your dream garden wedding, too.

During my single years my dream was to have a garden wedding too, although I also have simple wedding held in a hotel maybe we could have it on our 50 years of marriage. It could still be simple. We will have it in the most memorable place. As long as it is full of greens and flowers and away from noisy road and highways. It could be nature away from city or a polluted place to avoid mesothelioma I hope this dream wedding willl happen 45 years from now.

    Callospa Antipolo

The officemates of my wife once had a get-together activity in Callospa in Antipolo City. Denice was not able to attend but her officemate told her about how nice the place is. Since then she would always ask me to at least visit the place to see how nice it really is.

It happened when we were went on resort hopping one Sunday afternoon after a visiting a couple of resorts in Antipolo. We passed by a road sign pointing to Callospa and since we were already near the place, we might as well check it out.

The place is nice but a bit small for a group. Perhaps the main service they offer is a spa, that’s why. The owner and hotel staff are so accommodating. The owner even wanted me to take some photos of the place. Sadly my camera ran out of memory because I already took lots of pictures from previous resorts we have visited. The place is so nice and too bad I wasn’t able to capture it. I probably need to buy a bigger capacity flash memory.

Callspa has a swimming pool and restaurant with karaoke but what attracts me most is the room. Though small, the room is good for the couple’s honeymoon. Hopefully we could visit the place again and really experience its beauty.

Last Sunday after seeing an episode on TV featuring a resort along Antipolo City Rizal, we packed and tried to see the place if it was beautiful as it seem when it  was featured. But sadly we were disappointed from what we experienced although the management and staff were so accommodating and the place is also a little bit nice but maybe because it is not my type. This is more on a public resorts with a lots of people every where. You could swim with even your walking shorts or T-shirts on. Lots of pool scattered and I am not sure if they a have life guard and security personnel moving around. So we ended up scouting some place which is more relaxing and were our son Kyle can swim.

We passed by Boungainvillea Hotel and Restaurant since we were already hungry at that time, so why not try this place since it looks good outside. The place is so quite and relaxed and we discovered there is also a swimming pool inside where you can pay I think 300 pesos only but consumable for foods and since only our son Kyle will swim we only paid for half and order some food. We ordered Pancit Bihon and Lomi and I think I need to read some nuphedra reviews again.

Waiters and hotel staff were accommodating. The rooms are nice and foods are great. It’s a nice place to stay and relax.
