I really wanted to have another photography, travel and adventure blog although this blog is already about travel, foods and photo. I wanted to have a website dedicated only for my photos of our family travels and adventures. Since we always travel I just wanted to share all of our adventures with you. But this time, I wish my wife Denice will be writing the articles since she is a more established writer. I will only share my photography outputs and images taken during the travels.

My wife is a very good writer and I am sure even her college and university articlesin her younger days will speaks from themselves. Aside from the articles, she contributed to various publications in the country and in the world. I am sure this could be fun and worth reading. Hopefully she could have time to write again so we could start our new travel and adventure website.

Why is there still a need to go to the famous proposal rock near Nescowin Beach in Oregon just to propose for marriage when you can have it also in Boracay? There is a famous rock formation also located at the station one of the island.

The rock formation in Boracay can be compared to the famous proposal rock in Oregon. It is certainly a nice place and in fact, a perfect place a romantic marriage proposal to give your diamond rings engagement to each other. Just give it with caution and care so the rings will not fall. But not to worry too much because the waves here is not as big as in Oregon.

As we all know, one Filipina bride was swept away by about three feet high and missing and believed to have died near the proposal rock.

Last Sunday when we were on our way to the airport to Boracay. I saw a Ferrari car on the road. I was not really sure if it is Ferrari Enzo because I had only glanced on it and it was fast. If it was an Enzo, how lucky the owner must be because I think only 350 units of this model were made and distributed all over the world. I am not sure if a Filipino owned it or maybe it was not really an Enzo. I have done a quick research about any Ferrari Enzo in the Philippines but I could not find any.

As we all know, it is very expensive. The present price of Ferrari Enzo is E450,000. How much it is in pesos then? For sure even the Ferrari parts are also expensive.   How I wish I could see one here and take a photo of it.

“Ask and believe, and it will be given unto you”. This is one of the many verses from the sacred scriptures that I love. I will never forget last year when I dreamt and prayed for a digital SLR camera. That dream came true when I had my Canon 1000D five months ago. Then last month, I wished and prayed for 55-250 mm IS lens that I may use it for my sister in-law’s wedding. Last week, our Almighty Father Yahweh granted it but with an extra 50mm 1.8 lens. That’s why I feel almost complete by now.

That’s why I never stop praying and believing in Him. I know He is always there for us and He will give it if we really need it. This time I am asking Him again for a camera flash to complete all my dream photography essentials. I have been searching for a sale camera lens online for my Canon DSLR for a week now. I am happy about the results of my photos but I still wanted to make it better with camera flash.

I am still saving for it right now. Hopefully, I could have it on my sister in-law’s wedding to complete my Canon system and to be proud of the results of her wedding photos as my special gift.

Last night, my wife wanted to have dinner and her challenge for me is to look for a restaurant which we have never tried before. We both wanted to eat somewhere cozy and comfy but not at the expense of our budget. Since we know lots of people are celebrating Valentine’s Day, we expected that most restaurants are crowded. So we looked for a restaurant where we could park the car near the place, not congested and only a few people would be there.

We strolled around Bonifacio Global City although not in the area near the Boni High Streets. This time, we ended up in one of the streets where not all vehicles are passing through. We found a couple or restaurants in a street in front of St. Lukes Hospital in Global City. We thought this restaurant only catered to call center agents working in a near by call centers.

The place is Dell’s Food Hall. Here, you can have a variety of foods to choose from: from Pinoy merienda like “kakanin” and mami to main dishes which are rice-base. The food served are comparable to a carinderia and canteen but with an ambience of a cozy coffee shop. Prices are affordable relative to fastfood. Eating here will not affect your budget on your best acne treatments. You can have a set of food with one dish and rice for P99 and “kakanin” for P25. But I was mad when the security guard of the restaurant called my attention when I started to take some pictures inside.

I told him that they have no right to stop me from doing so he was later apologetic because that was the order of the owner. There is no law for now that prohibits someone from taking photos especially in a public place. The place is not a private club or restaurant so it could be considered as public place.

Don’t worry, I told myself after this post, I will never visit Dell’s anymore.

Last week, we visited one of the oldest restaurants of the country just to try again one of my favorite soups which is the bird nest soup. It is called Panciteria de San Jacinto, specifically in Pasig branch along the C-5 road. The restaurant operated since 1894 but this is not already the first ever one. Still, it is claiming that the taste of the old time pancit is still the same.

The place is really cozy although the meals are pricey for their serving size. We ended up ordering different noodle types from pancit canton to bijon because one serving isn’t enough. People who come back are probably driven by the taste and nice ambiance of the place.

With a small kid in the house, we must always see to it to clean our house and keep it free from dust and anything that will compromise the health of our kid and also our very own health.

I noticed that since our son started schooling and we became very busy, we sometimes skip cleaning the house for a couple of days. But then, we always get sick. This includes flu and cough which are commonly brought by unclean surroundings. It’s so unlike before when we used to clean the house everyday and vacuum the place at least two to three times a week.

I realized that it is important really to vacuum the house two to three times a week especially if we are using carpets. But, I discovered that my present vacuum cleaner cannot completely eliminate dust and small particles. So I thought it is time to change it. After all, I already used it for four years now and even if I keep on vacuuming the area, it takes me more time to completely clean it.

After watching the Go Vacuum video where the people there compared the two canister types of vacuum cleaners, I realized that even the top brands cannot completely work hard on dust because dirt continues to go out from its exhaust. Maybe this is the reason why I have to repeat vacuuming again and again because dirt continues to spread in the air.

This is unlike the vacuum cleaner from Miele Diamond Dealers. Test shows how it really works hard on dirt and it’s convenient and versatile to use. It pays to do a little research before buying so that in the end you will really get what a vacuum cleaner that is really worth buying.
