Back To School Preparation – Beauty Preparation

May 31, 2008 By: admin Category: Personal, suplado online No Comments →

The opening of the school is fast approaching. Parents with kids who are students and even teenagers are now busy buying school stuff in preparation for the school opening.

Summertime ends which means outings and out town travels are also about to lessen. Since teenagers are about to go back to school, they are also busy with their acne treatment. They want to look beautiful and handsome when the school starts.

Acne is a common condition that mainly affects adolescents but may persist into adulthood. Although adolescent acne is the most commont form of the condition, acne may affect anyone from a baby through to an adult. Acne has predisposing factors such as a person’s age, sex or ethic origin or they may be capable of being modified to reduce the likelihood of developing ace, such as a person’s diet or weight. Since dirt and dust also compliment in developing acne, environmental factors such as high temperature and high humidity predispose also.

So students, welcome back to school. Hope you will study harder for your future.

Isdaan – Stop Over Restaurant in Tarlac

Each year, our family attends the Feast of Tabernacles. It’s my personal favorite time of the year of all the religious feasts we have. This is because it enables us to get away from it all for 10 days and spend each day focusing on spiritual things and bonding with the family in between religious activities. What could be more joyful than that?!

In the Philippines, there are three regions where this feast is being held: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Since my family and I are based in Manila, we’ve been observing the feast in Luzon for over a decade now. Specifically, it’s usually held in Pangasinan where majority of members in Manila come from.

It takes about 4-5 hours to get to our destination. That’s way too long a drive for someone who’s not too keen about traveling. I like to travel but I must agree it’s quite a stretch.

But that’s until Isdaan, a floating restaurant in Gerona, Tarlac was established. I should say this tourist spot in Northern Luzon is a ‘must see” for people stopping over on the third hour or 54 kilometers of their travel time from Manila.

The view of cottages surrounded by fish ponds is great enough for picture taking. Food is great especially for those who love Filipino dishes. Think Barrio Fiesta — after all, Isdaan is owned by this famous restaurant. Walking further, statues of giant monkey is another sightful. And if you’re the type who wouldn’t mind shelling out P20 for a serenade, this is the place.

The most popular feature of this restaurant is the “Tacsiapo” (a local expression almost to a point of swearing) Wall. Think of an area where you can burst all your anger and the restaurant even provides breakable items to vent your anger with. These include plates, saucers, cups and yes, even old TV sets. Mind you though that each piece you break carries a price — literally these will be billed additionally long after you’ve eaten. As if to remind us all that we can’t be anger for too long, or you’ll pay.

Feast of Tabernacles will be fast approaching by third quarter of the year. You can almost tell where my family’s stopover will be the next time we tread along the same road often traveled.

Water Purifier

May 27, 2008 By: admin Category: nursing No Comments →

I will never forget the time when I was a kid and I could freely drink water straight from faucets. No worry about some waterborne diseases that I could get from drinking from it. But gone are those days and we now in live in the city where we cannot drink water unless we have some water purifiers. We can’t trust water running from it anymore as it may contain bacteria that can harm us.

That’s why I can’t stop myself from telling our neighbor who are brand new parents not to trust just any kind of water especially with their new born baby.

I have been coughing for almost a month now, and I keep on wondering why this cough persists for too long when it’s not really a persistent cough. I usually experience a cough if I smell something irritating like fumes, vehicle smoke, cigarettes smokes, too much perfume, dust and especially when I’m in a close, room environment or airconditioned room. I thought I was allergic or something that my lung’s defense mechanism get weak I smell something.

I only wish that I we could have family vacation to the place where I could smell fresh and unpolluted air like in the province where my parents live. I just missed the smell of ‘green green grass of home’ like Tom Jones said in his song especially the green green sugarcane plantation all over the place.

But for the mean time, or back to the realty, I haven’t stopped researching how to minimize this air pollution all over and will have clean air while living in the city. Then I found EcoQuest and the help of this fresh air purifier it offers. If you want to know more about fresh air purifier, you can check this out.

Sexy Costumes – If They Want To Have a Child

May 26, 2008 By: admin Category: Personal, suplado online No Comments →

Last week my cousin Helen from Negros Occidental visited us here in the Metro Manila because her husband who works as a seaman came home for a vacation after spending almost a year overseas.

I booked them at the hotel and resort near our home. We do some shopping and I suggested to her to buy some sexy costumes for herself as this could be the perfect time to use it while her husband is in town.

Fresh Air Amidst a Polluted City

May 26, 2008 By: admin Category: suplado online No Comments →

For me and my family, breathing fresh air is as important as life itself. We put a great deal to this especially because we are living at the center of the metropolis. Our house is literally a stone’s throw away from the highway where all sorts of transportation are very accessible. Conveniece-wise, our location is great. However, the price we pay is having to contend with pollution that smoke-belching cars and trucks bring. According to an article I read somewhere, air pollution claims upwards of 50,000 lives in the United States alone each year. How much more in the whole world especially if you are living in a highly urbanized city!

Nevertheless, we are able to find a solution by making sure we have fresh air such as the fresh air purifier. It keeps indoor air fresh and clean-smelling day and night. It can eliminate smoke, odors, and reduce airborne contaminants. Having all of those benefits of breathing fresh air is now as easy as pressing a button. Give your body a clean and fresh air always. Start now.

Purchasing Plane Ticket Online

May 21, 2008 By: admin Category: Travel, suplado online No Comments →

I booked a plane ticket for my cousin online last night because I found it easier than to buy it in ticketing offices where I would have to wait for my number to be called and bear waiting in long lines. Believe you me, because I had to wait for more than 100 persons yesterday. So we decided it to purchase online since anyway, the price is still the same and promos are also applied online..

Shopping or buying online makes it even easier to find what you’re looking for nowadays. Almost everything can be bought online, may it be gifts, toys, household products and even services with lot of discounts and promos added. You can even save some dimes online. Like what target.com provides. You can check with your Target coupons and promo codes and that makes your savings even greater.
